Community Bike Track volunteers

We are looking for passionate and energetic volunteers to join our team at the Glasgow Cycling Centre at Glasgow Green.  It is a great opportunity to try testing out a wide variety of different bicycles and to interact with customers of all ages and abilities.  As this opportunity involves working with all members of the local community, we will arrange for your PVG certificate if you don't already have this free of charge.  Due to the nature of the charity, further opportunities may arise such as training in bicycle mechanics.  As the charity is currently going through a relaunch, we are branching out into social networking to raise charity awareness.  We may need you to assist us with the social networking aspect and this could include reaching out to the local community.  If you are driven, loyal and creative, this would be an excellent opportunity to get involved with a charity that makes a real difference to the local community.

If you are interested please click the ‘Apply’ button below (available when logged in and registered). You will then be contacted by the coordinator by email or phone call. If you have not heard back after 5 working days, the first step is to contact the organisation with the contact details provided. You could also check your junk/spam folder on your emails just in case the response is there. If that doesn’t work out then please feel free to contact Volunteer Glasgow on info@volunteerglasgow.org

Experience required

Good communication, team player, creative thinker, enthusiastic learner, physically fit.
