The Central Park Community Trust
- VO104844
The Central Park Community Trust is a community-based football and sports charity which aims to give opportunities to all whether looking to play, coach or be involved in sport and football. Our Assistant Coaches will support our lead coaches to deliver fun related games. We offer a clear progression pathway for our volunteers, with many of our previous volunteers becoming lead coaches, contract roles/positions, with some now coaching in the United States. At our Charity Trust we ensure everyone is treated the same from volunteers to management, with all individuals being supported in their own pathway. The Trust will cover the cost of all Scottish FA coaching courses, First Aid, Child Well-being and any other courses an individual would like to attend.
Experience required
During the activity sessions we ask that all our coaches (whether lead or assisting) are enthusiastic and join in as much as possible. Although this can be built over the weeks you attend.
Be committed as much as you can. Begin with volunteering 1 hour minimum per week, and if you enjoy then hours can be increased
Communication - Community with Development Manager and Lead Coaches. We totally understand how busy everyone is with studying, work and home life - so if you are unable to attend for any reason, dropping us a text to say or a quick call is perfect, and we appreciate this communication.
